What Happens After I Submit My Order Via Your Website?

onceyou submit your order, acredit card authorization hold occur for the full amount.An authorization check if your card is valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the online transaction. The total amount of the online transaction is held and deducted from your credit limit.Even though the funds are held and deducted from your credit limit, the funds are not automatically transferred to us until we capture the funds. Typically we try to capture funds and ship your order within a 7 day window. However, some pieces may take longer to produce and therefore may not ship for 2-3 weeks from date of order.

Will My Order Be Insured Once It Has Shipped?

Yes, all Salvelux shipments are fully insured, and they are sent in a covert plain box for security reasons. The shipment must be signed for by an adult who is 21 years of age or older in order to be delivered.

After my order has been placed and confirmed, can I still make changes?

We are unable to alter the design, metal colour, or diamond quality once you receive the confirmation email letting you know that your item is being made.

What Is Your Online Return & Exchange Policy?

Salvelux  DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, although we do accept

(1) exchange within 14 days after delivery. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, we will enable you to exchange it for an item of equal or better value. Jewelry may be traded for jewellery, and watches can be exchanged for jewellery or watches.

Jewelry cannot be traded in for a watch.

To get an authorization number, please call + 447507512807 or email orders@salvelux.com. Ship your package using ONLY UPS or DHL and insure it for the full purchase amount.

When insuring the shipment, do not reveal the contents for security reasons. Salvelux is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipment. The original sales receipt or order number must accompany all products. Please ship the product to the location specified in the instructions from sales@salvelux.com, and make sure your name, address, and return authorization number are clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Salvelux will notify you once the package has been delivered.

 

Our Quality Control staff needs to ensure that the returned jewellery was not damaged or subjected to severe wear and tear throughout the 14-day period. All things must be returned in their original condition to Salvelux.

Can My Order Be Tracked?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number on the day your item ships. We use 2-days priority shipping, and the box will need an adult signature from a recipient who is at least 21 years old.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Although we try to process orders as quickly as possible, delivery of some items can take up to 2-3 weeks. I purchased a ring from Salvelux; can you resize it?

Sure, within 30 days after purchase, we will resize the ring at no additional cost. We can normally increase or decrease the size of rings by two sizes. When my order ships, will it be insured?

Is It Possible To Send My Merchandise To A Different Address Than My Payment Address?

With the majority of payment methods, we can ship to an address other than your billing address. If you agree to have the order transported to a different address, you must send us an email or text confirming this.

All products are covered by a six-month limited guarantee against material and workmanship flaws in manufacturing, as well as normal wear and tear. Consumer carelessness is not protected. Above 0.10ct worth of diamonds are not covered. Salvelux disclaims liability for accidental damage to goods. Merchandise may be repaired at the company’s discretion.
